Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped from Yeppoon, Qld.

Orders over $80 qualify for free standard shipping, under $80 is standard shipping and $15 for express shipping regardless of amount spent.

Orders placed before 10am AEST (excluding weekends and National/Qld Public Holidays) will be sent within one business day.

If you select local delivery, then delivery days are Tuesday and Thursdays, however if I am heading towards your location on other days, I will try to deliver to ensure you can start planning your life ASAP!

Paypa Shop uses Australia Post for all shipping, and the shipping times are guidelines only.
If you request a parcel be left unattended, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk.
Once the parcel has been delivered, we take no responsibility for theft or damage, however if your order does not arrive, please check tracking information before contacting us at hello@paypashop.com.au

If your parcel is marked as delivered but is not at your nominated location then please contact Australia Post.

If your parcel has not been delivered, please contact us and we will investigate for you.

If your parcel has been delivered and the contents are damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the items. You will lodge a claim through Australia Post and will need evidence should you need to make a claim.

Paypa Shop are not liable for purchases that have had incorrect addresses on the order so please ensure you check postal address before checkout.
