What are your magnetic planners made from?
Our planners are made from soft magnet, with a gloss laminate coating so you can reuse over and over again.
The soft magnet will stick to magnetic surfaces, even if it is curved.
Where are your magnetic planners made?
Our planners are designed and printed in Australia, and our markers are sourced from China.
How do I clean my planner?
If using a dry erase marker, then the writing can simply be erased with a microfibre cloth, or the lid of your dry-erase marker (if purchased through us).
If using liquid chalk markers, then a damp microfibre cloth is best used.
If you have any stubborn spots, then I suggest using a whiteboard cleaner, or windex.
You can also use isopropyl or a lens/tv cleaner.
As the planners are printed on a material, ensure you do not let the planner get wet, as this can reduce the quality and water can get in the planner.
What are you doing to reduce your impact on the environment?
Our planners are printed in Australia, and are packed in cardboard which can be recycled.
Most sales from markets do not include protective bags so that I can reduce the waste.
What is the shipping policy for orders placed at Paypa Shop?
Orders are processed and shipped from Yeppoon, Qld. We offer free standard shipping for orders over $80, while orders under this amount incur a shipping fee.. Orders placed before 10am AEST will be dispatched within one business day.
What is the return policy for items purchased from Paypa Shop?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 14 days for a refund. Please note that return shipping costs for change of mind are the responsibility of the buyer. Items that are damaged or faulty upon arrival can be returned for a replacement at no additional shipping cost.
Are there any items that cannot be returned or exchanged?
Yes, certain items such as sale items, discontinued items, and seconds cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they arrive damaged. If you have questions regarding specific items, please contact us for clarification.
What should I do if my order does not arrive?
If your order does not arrive, please first check the tracking information provided. If the parcel is marked as delivered but is not at your location, contact Australia Post for assistance. If you require further support, please reach out to us at hello@paypashop.com.au.
