Refund policy

Returns: If you are not satisfied with your Paypa Shop items, we are happy to assist with a refund. However, for your refund to be eligible, the item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and be returned to our address within 14 days from when you receive it.

If your refund is due to a change of mind, we are not responsible for the return shipping costs, this must be arranged from the buyer. Please contact us at hello@paypashop.com.au and we will send you the shipping address.

If you receive your order and it is damaged, faulty or not up to standard then please contact us at hello@paypashop.com.au and provide a photo of the item so we can assess and discuss replacement. If it needs to be returned then we will provide you with a return form which will have instructions and a return address. Otherwise, we will send out new item/s and cover the shipping costs.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@paypashop.com.au.

The following items cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless they are damaged on arrival:
- Sale items
- Discontinued items
- Seconds
